Frozen tastes better than fresh?!

Raw fish such as sashimi is usually shipped via refrigerated storage to avoid the loss of quality that results from conventional freezing methods. However, the quality of the catch will deteriorate gradually during shipping and refrigerated storage.
Many of the products at TŌMIN FROZEN have undergone liquid freezing at source. Products are frozen immediately after the catch, just prior to delivery and storage, so you will experience the same flavor and quality as you would with a fresh catch.
