Please bring the products you wish to test, and we will perform the freeze test on the spot. Testing is available at Yokohama (Head Office), Sapporo Sales Office, Nagoya Sales Office, Osaka Sales Office, and Fukuoka Sales Office.
02 “Don’t have time?”

Send the unfrozen products to us via refrigerated shipping. We’ll ship your TOMIN Liquid Cryo-Froze products back to you via frozen-goods shipping within a week for your review.
Please note that the weight limit for items to be tested is 5 kg. *services are currently only provided in Japan
03 “I would like to set up a freezer and test it myself”

Please prepare the appropriate power supply, depending on the model you will need to provide a single-phase 100 V or single-phase 200 V, or three-phase 200 V. Please note that the demonstration will be conducted during a separate appointment.
