今回は久々の馬刺以外のテストで、島根県浜田市に「どんちっち」ブランドの鯵・鯖・鰈のリキッドフリーザー凍眠での急速冷凍テストにやって来ました。
急速冷凍テストの投稿が滞っておりました。
8月より急速冷凍テストは馬刺がほとんどで、
凍結データを取らねばならず、なかなか日記の投稿ができませんでした。
写真は大量生産を前提にパック無しで液体冷凍する為に、
洗濯用ネットに鯵を入れて急速冷凍を致しました。
ちょっとしたアイデアかなと思いますが、保管する際には氷水でグレーズをする事をお忘れなく。
