Motivation for Event Implementation
A total of about 80 people attended this internal get-together event, which was made possible through a relationship with the Public Relations Department. Comture Corporation is a major IT company with approximately 1,800 employees, but they value offline communication. For this reason, the company holds events among employees with regular themes to promote communication, which had been fading due to the COVID-19. Since the theme of this year’s event was “Sake,” we served them a sample of TOMIN Nama Sake.
We will enjoy Nanbu Bijin, Dassai, and Shunka-Shuto (Sasanogawa) frozen sake.
With Nanbu Bijin, they compared drinks at three different temperatures: 4 minutes, 8 minutes, and 12 minutes after thawing. This new way of drinking allows you to experience how the temperature and flavor change over time as the drink interacts with oxygen.
With Dassai, we offered an interesting comparison between TOMIN Nama Sake and the regular Dassai sold in stores. As Mr. Sawada, the President of Comture, mentioned in a video, he was surprised by how different the same brand can taste.
Shunka-Shuto (Sasanogawa) is nigori sake. It is challenging to enjoy it as raw sake because its flavor changes quickly. It can taste different from morning to evening. They fully enjoyed the fresh sake, appreciating its unique flavors.
Sake debut with frozen fresh sake?
A new employee who drank sake for the first time said with great satisfaction, “If I drink something this good for the first time, I might not be able to go back.
