On September 14, the presentation ceremony for the “26th Nisshoku Superior Food Machinery, Materials & Supplies Award” was held at the Daiichi Hotel Tokyo, and our “TOMIN Mini” received the award. The “TOMIN Mini” is a smaller version of the liquid freezer “TOMIN” that is used in various food industries for restaurants and small businesses. We will continue our efforts to help solve problems in restaurants, test kitchens, and small-scale processing plants.
